Yo, this place was solid. We had this quiet room but then got moved to one overlooking the plaza—best decision ever! We sipped drinks on the balcony, loved the vibe. Staff? Super friendly and helpful—especially Blanca. The rooftop area? Perfect spot to chill. Just wish the shower situation was a bit better—getting soaked to turn it on ain't cute.

I found the dining experience frustrating. service was painfully slow, taking over 90 minutes just for breakfast. Though the location is beautiful, the restaurant staff lacked efficiency and attentiveness. Additionally, the need for a key card to access the electricity was inconvenient as I couldn't charge my devices while I was out.

I stayed for two nights in a spacious double room which had a furry, comfortable bed. The pool up on the rooftop was a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the beautiful views of Colima, but the dining options could use a bit more variety.

The location is amazing, right by the plaza. My room was huge and clean, and the rooftop area was a perfect chill spot. They had a snack bar with decent options, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped, especially for someone my size. Overall, a solid stay in Colima!

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and a relaxing outdoor swimming pool. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost ring on my first stay. I'd recommend visiting the rooftop area for a chill atmosphere. I'm coming back for a weekend.

The hotel boasts colonial-style rooms that are beautifully decorated, offering a spacious bedroom, premium bedding, and some even have balconies with views of the main square. The staff was incredibly accommodating and always eager to help with our requests.

However, securing adjacent rooms upon arrival was unnecessarily challenging, and the small rooftop pool felt cramped for more than a few people. The workout area was underwhelming, with limited equipment and some machines out of order, making it hard to stay active during our visit.
